Jacuzzi® used to sell salt system spas, but after a few years of use and feedback, it was decided to discontinue those systems. Salt systems are difficult to maintain and can damage your equipment over time.
Alternatively, Jacuzzi® uses cutting edge water purification systems that require less chemicals to maintain clean and clear water.

A few of the hot tubs from Jacuzzi® have both 120V and 240V as options to supply power to your hot tub. Generally, 120V is easier to set up, since it is just a normal plug, but it will be a little less efficient compared to 240V and limits the heating capabilities. A 50amp, 240V electrical setup will give you efficiency and optimal functionality, but will have a higher upfront cost. Your hot tub will still be able to provide you with full hydromassage power with either option.

Jacuzzi® is not just a name, it’s a legacy. With industry leading technology, materials, and construction, Jacuzzi® is at the peak of the hot tub world. Thick shells with premium insulation ensure that your spa is strong, sturdy and efficient, proprietary jets with Aqualibrium technology deliver you the best massage from a hot tub jet, all matched with high-end customer service. These are among the several reasons why a Jacuzzi® Hot Tub is a premium product, made with intention and care.

You only need 10% of the order total to get your spa on order! The remainder of the balance, either financed or paid, won’t be due until we set a delivery date.
-
If the spa you order is in-stock we can get it to your house in as little as 5-14 days, depending on our delivery company’s schedule. If it is a custom order, you should expect a timeframe of 4-6 weeks before delivery to your location is complete.
-
You need essentially 3 things:
A solid place to put it
Electrical installed and ran to site
A hose within reach of the spa
Concrete slabs or decks are the most common place to put a hot tub, but you can also have in on compacted gravel or special spa pads. All Jacuzzi® Hot Tubs can be run on 50A 240V wiring, with some being able to be run on 120V. You won’t have to worry about running a water line to your spa, just a simple hose from a spigot will do! If you use well water, you’ll want to use a hose filter to screen out metals and calcium to avoid them getting into your spa.

Yes! Jacuzzi® regularly keeps parts for older models to ensure that we are able to repair or replace components in a timely manner.
In the event they do not have that original part, they have replaced it with a higher quality part that will fit the older model and perform the same function.
As an Authorized Jacuzzi® Dealer, we would be able to order these parts for you and you can pick them up from our store, have them shipped directly to you, or have one of our Repair technicians bring it to you to perform the install, repair, or replacement.
