As part of the initial new pool construction inquiry process, we like to set expectations early, and give our potential new customers a clear understanding of the process, including approximate budget & timing.

  • The cost of a new pool construction project can range widely based on a multitude of factors (site specifics, elevation, desired features, pool size, material selections, etc.). Our initial site visit will help us develop a customized proposal specific to your unique project, but keep in mind that pool construction costs can range between $110K to $220K+. We understand that this is a wide initial range; our goal from our initial site visit would be to dramatically lower that range with a formal proposal.

  • After the initial proposal is finallized and approved, our next steps would include procuring a permit and developing a design plan, which we would start on right away.

    A new pool installation can take anywhere from 3-6+ months, depending on design, scope of work, permitting, weather, etc.

  • Here are some factors to think about ahead of starting the consultation process. Don’t worry if you don’t have decisions for all of these in mind - these are all considerations that we can assist you with as we move forward.

    • Features (spa, water features, etc.)

    • Size & Depth of Pool (how much space do you have, how many people would you like to accommodate)

    • How do you plan to use your pool (lap swimming, diving, play/sports pool, family/cocktail style pool)

    • Surrounding patio needs

    • Pool location

    • Lighting Importance

    • Water Care Preferences

    • Ideal Swimming Temperature (many people prefer water temps from the high 70°s to mid-80°s)
