Our Comprehensive Drain and Clean Process

  • Before draining the water, we flush the plumbing system using a specialized line flush product. This step remves biofilm, oils, and debris from inside the pipes. We run the jets on high to circulate the cleaner for maximum effectiveness.

  • Once the plumbing is flushed, we turn off the power to your spa and drain the water completely. Depending on your setup, we use either the built-in drainage spigot or a submersible pump for faster draining.

  • After draining, we clean the acrylic shell with a pH-neutral spa cleaner to remove dirt, stains, and residue. During this step, we also clean the spa pillows to eliminate any oils or grime that may have accumulated over time. Everything is rinsed thoroughly to ensure no cleaning products remain that could affect water quality when the spa is refilled.

  • We inspect and clean your filters as part of our spa flush & clean service. If necessary, we recommend filter replacement to maintain optimal performance.
