Johnson Pool and Spa knowledgeable service team takes the time and trouble out of maintaining your pool and spa. Our expert service technicians will tend to your pool and spa's every need, allowing you to enjoy them worry-free. Our goal is for your pool and spa to –

Our service agreements are priced by a custom bid and include all of the following:

• We will provide pool and/or spa service on a weekly basis on the same day, and technician every week. (Except the weeks of Thanksgiving & Christmas).
  
• If the service day falls on a rainy day, we will perform as many tasks as possible and also check all electrical connections and set up cover pumps.
  
• We will make an extra visit in any given week for a special event at no extra charge.
  
• We will test and balance the water chemistry, including providing all necessary chemicals to balance pH, Total Alkalinity, Calcium Hardness, Sanitizer, and Conditioner. (NOTE: Stain & Scale Preventative, Clarifiers, Algaecides, Surface Cleaner, and specialty chemicals can be added at an additional charge.)
  
• We will empty all bags, screens, and baskets on a weekly basis (or as needed).
  
• We will track the filter pressure and backwash the filter when needed. (Backwashing is included with the service at no additional charge.)
  
• We will brush the entire pool surface and net the top weekly. We will also scrub the waterline monthly with a surface cleaner.
  
• We will maintain the mechanical equipment and cleaning accessories for the pool. (NOTE: Parts, chemicals, or materials under $40 will be provided without notification unless other arrangements are made. These charges will appear on the next invoice.)
