1. Pool Cover Box Clean - $95.00. We will remove cover stones, remove all debris, rinse cover box, and verify the overflow line is unplugged and working. (every 12 months) *If you have heavy vegetation, please call to schedule in-between cleanings
   
2. Pool Cover Box and Fabric Cleaning - $200.00. Same as above service and clean the fabric with a cleaning solution. (every 12 months) *If you have heavy vegetation, please call to schedule in-between cleanings
   
3. Spa Drain & Clean - $95.00. We will drain the spa, clean the interior surface and bottom of cover, and wipe down all pillows. We will re-fill and balance the spa. (every 4 months)
   
4. Solar Winterization - $50.00. We will remove the end cap and drain water from panels to prevent freezing and damage. We will disable the solar actuator to prevent the solar from operating during winter conditions. (Fall/Winter Scheduling, every 12 months)
   
5. Solar Summer Service - $50.00. We will replace the end cap and enable the solar. We will purge the air from the solar system and check for leaks and proper operation. (Spring Scheduling, every 12 months)
   
6. Filter Clean & Lube - $175.00 – We will disassemble the cartridge, DE or Sand filter and wash the filtering media. We will lube all o-rings on the filter and backwash valve. (every 12 months) *If your filter pressure increases 8-10 PSI past its clean pressure in-between the cleanings, please call to schedule additional visits.
