Johnson Pools: In operation since 1988, Johnson Pools is truly a family-owned, community-oriented company. Everyone on the ownership team is a life-long Sonoma County resident, with deep ties to the Windsor and Healdsburg communities, in particular. As such, the Johnson Pools management team is committed to being more than just another business in town, but rather to being a local business that improves upon the quality of life in and around the towns they have chosen to raise their own families.

Lupe Perezchica Owner/Operator (Ret.)
With thirty-two years in the pool industry, including his last 16 as co-founder/owner/operator of Johnson Pools, Lupe has been an integral part of the company's growth and success. Now retired, Lupe's legacy continues on in the company's core values that he so embodied: hard work, honesty, and quality in all that we do.

Tina Johnson: Owner/Operator
Tina's experience in the pool industry dates back to 1988. Her responsibilities with Johnson Pools include accounting, payroll, retail sales, and water analysis. Along with other members of the management team, she attends numerous trade shows and seminars each year in an effort to keep Johnson Pools at the leading edge of industry innovations.

Matt Perezchica: Owner/Operator
With over sixteen years of experience in the pool industry, Matt has a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of the pool industry. His responsibilities with Johnson Pools include new pool homeowner sales, remodel and renovation sales, service sales, human resources and staffing, and business expansion. He received his B.A. in small business management from Sonoma State University in 1994.

Zack Gregor: Service Manager
The newest member of the management team, Zack has been with Johnson Pools since 1999, when he started as a service technician. He has since received the prestigious Pentair Certification and now serves as the service manager, overseeing the work of the service technicians and performing repairs and equipment installations.
